You can now book a private hire of our Mat (up to 7 attendees) or Reformer (up to 5 attendees) studio, with one of our teachers leading a full class tailored to your group. Whatever your level, we'll shape the session around you.

After, settle into our gorgeous lounge for tea, coffee and a proper catch up. No rushing off. Just time together.

It's perfect for a birthday or a hen do. Or simply a get together with friends where you're doing something good for your body and mind, rather than another night out.
