Rachel is a Naturopath, Herbalist and Women's Health specialist with over 19 years in private practice, both face to face and virtually.
She was the lead clinician on a popular juice, yoga and detox retreat, is an experienced clinical supervisor and enjoys public speaking and more recently, podcasting.
She is passionate about helping women at all stages of their lives, especially during times of hormonal transition such as puberty and the perimenopause.
Rachel is a member of the Unified Register of Herbal Practitioners.
We will be hosting a series of workshops with Rachel which all will involve:
30 minute restorative Pilates session
60 minute talk from Rachel on the topic of the workshop
15 minute tea break (with light refreshments)
30 minute Q&A with Rachel

This workshop explores perimenopause where Rachel will discuss:
What is actually going on in there?!
Get to know oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone.
How to recognise when you might be high or low in these hormones.
How different forms of HRT may help (or not).
What might be helping or hindering you nutritionally.
What you can do and/or take to help yourself, right here, right now.
This workshop also involves a 30 minute restorative pilates class, tea and light refreshments and 30 minute Q&A session.

This workshop also involves a 30 minute restorative Pilates class, tea and light refreshments and Q&A.
A deliciously nurturing session held by local yoga teacher Emma, which is dedicated to resting the body and mind through gentle yin yoga, breathwork, meditation and guided yoga Nidra.
This class focuses on deeply nourishing the body through yin yoga (slow holding postures), and resetting the mind through a guided breathwork and relaxation (Nidra). The session is designed to help you unwind, de-stress and let go of unwanted tension. A perfect way to end your weekend and set you up for the week ahead.
Please wear comfy clothes (pjs are great!), warm socks, and bring a pillow or two (eye mask is optional). Blankets will be provided but you’re welcome to bring some along.

Lenka is a women’s health specialist Pilates teacher. She has a keen interest in helping women at all stages of life (pregnancy, postnatal, perimenopause and post menopause) understand the pelvis and its interconnected-ness to the rest of the body.
Lenka’s hugely popular Pelvic Health Workshop is designed to help women restore and maintain the health of their pelvic floor.
No matter your age, whether you have recently (or long time ago) given birth or whether you have no children, whether you are healthy or experiencing pain, discomfort or issues in and/or around your pelvis, back or abdominals you will benefit from this workshop.
You will learn about the pelvis and pelvic floor through practical exploration of anatomy, embodiment of this pivotal area of your body and its relationships with other seemingly separate but in fact very inter-connected parts of your body through movement both on mat and on the reformer.
You will gain more understanding about your pelvis and how it interplays with other areas of your body. That in turn will enhance and bring new awareness and focus to your other movement practice and daily life and help you on the path of restoring and maintaining your pelvic health.
You will leave with simple and effective practical tools which will help you to go about your life and through your exercise routines with confidence.
This workshop will involve:
60 minute Mat based workshop
15 minute tea break
60 minute Reformer based workshop
15 minute Q&A with Lenka
Please note there are practical parts of this workshop but no prior pilates experience is required.

This Workshop provides you with a trio of advisory consultants; providing you with an informative and fun workshop aimed at helping you and your baby thrive.
Touch is your baby’s most important sense while developing, so learning baby massage gives you a special way to bond. Led by trained expert, Anna Taylor, Anna will teach you about the importance of touch for everyone, especially your baby. Her workshop will guide you through how to use safe massage strokes for babies six weeks and older.
Anna will also be joined by two leading experts:
- Alison Fricker, principal osteopath at Offington Osteopath Clinic, specialising in structural and cranial osteopathy, with a particular interest in helping babies and children.
- Anouk, NHS midwife, provides private lactation consultancy and tongue tie assessment.
Anna, Alison and Anouk will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have.
This workshop involves:
45 minutes of baby massage therapy
30 minutes of engagement and question and answer with Alison, Anna and Anouk.

We are honoured to have the wonderful BreathGal join us at the studio to provide us with a powerful conscious connected breathing workshop.
What is Conscious Connected Breathing?
It is the practice of bringing conscious awareness and control to your breath. The breathwork itself is a specific technique known as “circular breath”. Each inhale is taken in deeply through the mouth, then let go through the mouth without any effort in a circular pattern
But how does it work? When stimulating your vagus nerve through the technique, it activates the parasympathetic nervous system putting the body into a relaxed and altered state of consciousness. Through this lens you may unearth trauma, confront behaviour that sabotages you and release stored stress, anxiety, tension and pain from the body.

The session will last two hours and includes:
During the session I play relaxing music, use affirmations, sounding plus light movement to encourage the breath and release stuck energy.
I may also apply gentle pressure to the body and guide you with other instructions to help you release tension in the body.

Rosanna is a competent musician with a passion for enabling others to feel the power of music. Having trained in the BAST Method of Sound Therapy, Rosanna enjoys exploring the positive effect that sound can have on our body and mind.
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your body and mind.
The experience begins with each person lying down or sitting in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided meditation, with focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession.
The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and a variety of therapeutic percussion.
