There are three ways to be part of our award winning Pilates studio.

6 week Pilates Foundation Course

If you are brand new to Pilates, returning after a break or have an injury or health condition, and want to feel all of the benefits of small personal Pilates classes under the watchful guidance of our teaching team, then join our 6 week Pilates Foundation Course. 


Our 6 week Pilates Foundation Course includes:


Private 1:1 Onboarding Assessment with one of our senior Pilates teacher’s to get you started 

(1 hour)


Access to 12 Pilates classes over 6 weeks (choose from Mat/Reformer or both from our extensive timetable of classes)


Direct access to Studio Teachers via WhatsApp for advice and questions during the course


Access to our Wellbeing Program of events/workshops during the course

Dive straight into classes

If you are a keen Pilates lover, or returning to us after a break and wish to dive straight into classes, you can email hello@thepilatescompany.co.uk for details on how to get started.

Prefer a private session?

Private sessions are a great way to start your Pilates journey with us. 


There are a number of reasons you’d choose a private Pilates session.


If you’re new to Pilates or haven’t exercised in a while, these sessions give you the opportunity to work with one of our expert Teachers at your own pace and level to become familiar with Pilates (and the equipment) and comfortable with the exercises and techniques.


If you’re an experienced Pilates practitioner or are already attending classes, the one-to-one attention makes these sessions ideal for working on specific exercises, refining your form and technique or simply benefiting from the undivided attention of your Teacher to help you progress further, faster.


If you’re recovering from injury or illness, or struggling with a persistent niggle, Pilates is highly effective for muscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
