We’re always on the lookout for passionate, knowledgeable, and inspiring Pilates teachers to join our growing team at The Pilates Company, an award-winning boutique Pilates studio.

If you’re someone who loves working closely with clients, thrives in a supportive studio environment, and wants to be part of a team that prioritises personal connection and high-quality teaching—we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Comprehensive Pilates training (Mat and Reformer qualified)

✔️ Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience (or exceptional candidates with less but strong practical training)

✔️ A strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics

✔️ Confidence in teaching both group classes and one-to-one sessions

✔️ A client-centred teaching approach—focused on individual needs, goals, and movement patterns

✔️ Friendly, professional, and reliable

✔️ Passionate about ongoing learning and development

Experience working with injury rehab, older populations, or pre/postnatal clients is a bonus but not essential.
